Hi,
perhaps this is not the right group for this question, but perhaps someone
knows...
How can I extract resp. read the "SentOn" date of an OUTLOOK *.msg file
without using OUTLOOK?
(Message files can be "drag and dropped" from OUTLOOK to an explorer
directory and are seen there as *.msg files).
I guess there should be a possibility using the OLE document structure of
the *.msg file, but how?.
Thanks for any help or hint!

The MSG files can be read using either Extended MAPI (see Q171907 on MSDN
for a sample that creates MSG files or google the newsgroups for
OpenIMsgOnIStg and Delphi - I answered quite a few newsgroup posts about
this) or Redemption.
<plug>
The next version of Redemption (url below) will support standalone MSG
files, send me a PM if you want a copy of the beta.
</plug>
