It would be helpful if you described the feature you are
talking about, I don't believe this is a term used by
JBuilder.

Perhaps you are talking about the "smart indent" feature.
Even if not, you will probably find what you want by
right-clicking on the Editor and choosing Editor Options.

Hi
I press <Enter>, the cursor move to under the first non-blank character
of the preceding non-blank line. When I press <Tab> again, there's a message
"Line 12: Automatically indented" and the cursor point at the same position
(no move). How can I turn off this feature?

Thanks in advance
Rock

Tools | Editor Options | Editor | Keymap | Customize, scroll
down to the "Indent" group and reverse the bindings for the
"format-code" and "indent" actions. In particular, you want
the "indent" action to be mapped to the Tab key.
