Looking for recommendations on what to use to embed some HTML into a PDF.

I should clarafy a bit, this would be a server based tool with fully
automated pdf creation. I would like to create a pdf and have a
paragraph/center of page be the imported HTML w/images. To deal with scaling
I would be ok with html->jpeg and putting that in the pdf.

Hi Dan,
This reply maybe a bit late...
You can achieve this with eDocEngine and a HTML component (such as THtmlViewer).
The trial version of eDocEngine includes a demo with source to show converting
of HTML to PDF with the help of THtmlViewer. You can adapt this code to place
the HTML where you want on the PDF page.
If you want to place the HTML in an existing PDF file, you could go the
HTML->JPEG route and use PDFtoolkit to place the JPEG in an existing PDF, at the
position and page you want.
