Where is it? Hi - Doing a project with an older version (3.0) of Delphi and looking to connect to an oracle database BDE seems to get things right but there's no sign of IDODBC32.DLL. I have a legit copy of this but am not sure where the file is supposed to come from or when it is supposed to get loaded. What did I neglect? Thanks, Bill I found it in \program files\common files\Borland Shared\BDE and c:\program files\Borland\common files\BDE It's not on my system anywhere so maybe I'm not supposed to have it. I went to the website but wasn't able to find it. The BDE has been deprecated by Borland, meaning no more development. The problem you have with the missing file has nothing to do with Delphi. There are so many commercial programs which use the BDE that I don't see it going away anytime soon.
