I'm wondering if there are any PC (read Windows) tools for managing a
DB2 database on the AS400.
The tool should be able to setup new databases, create/modify tables,
run SQL and most of all - create/modify stored procedures.
The tool can be commercial or open source.
Any info would be appreciated.
Jannie.
You can use DBNAVIGATOR a tool with Client Access. |
Enjoy with it |

Might be you've installed iSeries Client Access? There are issues with
this.

After installing a new version of Client Access, Borland's SQL Explorer
shows a double listing of all tables in each ODBC alias.
Surely this is an ODBC driver issue, but I can't find any documentation to
help. Any ideas? TIA. |

Ted, yes, we recently installed an iSeries Client Access upgrade. Do you know where I can find info on the "double table" problem? TIA.

| Found solution by installing latest service pack patch from IBM. Previous version had an ODBC driver problem. |
