|
|
I've got a mysterious problem. When windows reaching 2gb my bold
application crashes (Out of memory). According to task manager the app
only use 200-500mb but after killing the app windows frees 1,8gb ram.
I've disabled the memory manager. It helped and it now takes a longer
to reach 2gb but still, sooner or later 2gb of memory is used and I get
"out of memory". I have 1gb of physical and 4gb of virtual mem so this
should not be any problem?
I have one method which creates and deletes around 500 objects each
time its run. When deleteing an object, is all info (including the
locator) removed from memory?
I have no clue why the app uses this much memory or why I get an out of
memory when reaching 2bg. Any suggestions?
Best regards
