After doing some searching on various news groups a guy called Alan
Luck had mentioned that he was working on a product called ADOMan that
could convert BDE projects to ADO including all source and forms.

I am unable to find any further information on this product and the
Yahoo email address on the posts does not seem to work.

Does anyone know the where abouts of Mr Luck or have a copy of this
ADOMan product I could take a look at.

In addition any other suggestions on the replacement of BDE with cached
updates would be much appriciated. We currently have a system with
almost 100 DB enabled forms with TQuery and TUpdateSQL components so
replacing BDE with ADO is a bit of a mamoth task.

Many thanks for looking.

Hoi Davey

This newsgroup do not officially exist, that is why there is so few
messages here. Rather use b.p.d.thirdpartytools.general. Further you need
to repost your question on the Borland news server to make everybody see
it.
