|

I have a component that I created a long time ago, probably in Delphi 5.
It is built on the TEdit Component. I've added several additional
properties, a datasource, indexKind, and Datafield property. In BDS
2006, I added three new published properties, two string and on boolean.
I've rebuilt the component, but I cannot get the properties to appear
in the property editor when I drop the revised component on the form.
Has something changed in BDS 2006. The old properties that I added
prior to 2006 are still there and work fine. |

Problem solved--sorry--BPL was outputting to wrong location, so that the
recompiled BPL was having no impact. Better have a closer look at
the library settings. |
