|
|
I am currently developping a DLL with BCB5.
I would like to have it installed in Windows XP folder WinSxS, so that
it can be loaded by an application that uses a manifest file for that
purpose.
I can see with other DLLs, that this requires a specific folder name in
WinSxS, a .cat file and a .Manifest file in WinSxS\Manifests. The
..Manifest file is simple, but the .cat file and the names are mysterious.
How can I create all this? Also, maybe some entries must be added in the
registry? |
