Hi, I'm using BCB6 and using MySQL 5 using ADO.

All seems working nicely until I tried to use a field of the type of
TEXT ni MySQL. BCB detect it as TStringField but it is suppose to be TMemo.

Anybody has encountered this problem before or anybody has a workaround
for this problem? Or maybe I'm doing it wrongly :(

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers
Azrin

Using BDS2006, ADO and the latest MySQL ODBC driver, I don't have that
problem.
