Full BNF for Delphi 7 was provided in appendix A of the Delphi language Guide (available both as PDF file or as real paper). To my knowledge later versions missed it but the new extensions used very few new syntactic elements and it should be quite an easy exercise to extend D7's BNF. The BNF in appendix A of the Delphi 7 language guide looked like it was written by an intern or something. It was riddled with inaccuracies. Check the Free Pascal Compiler project as I think they have an up to date, and accurate grammar.
