I have just installed Delphi 2007. After Delphi has started, the message
'Setup(1): System can't find file' appears in the Auto Run Tab. When I
double click on the message, another message pops up
' Can't open file c:\documents and settings\All Users\Application
data\{ab3ec276-d261-4943-a921-1cc1c6799aed}\Setup.exe'

Any ideas, for what this setup.exe is needed?

Regards

Guido

This is the installer and is sued to check for updates and patches.

Have you removed this directory from your system ?

I also had several problems installing D2007. I copied the content of the cd
(the install dir I think...) to the hard drive. The installation from the
hard disc was successful. I think it is worth a try!

Its checking for patches.

Im guessing you removed the big bunch of files it downloaded.
