While I can get the components to showup fine on the Delphi side the
components refuse to showup on the C++ side. I tried recompiling with
"Generate All C++ Files" but to no effect and when I try "Generate C++
Object Files" I get the complaint that -J compiler option is turned on and
the BPL cannot be saved. Is there some trick to getting these components to
show up on the pallette?

Kinda - first, Remove the packages from the Installed Packages list.

Then, restart the IDE, making sure that you reload it with both
personalities.

Open the packages, and setting each to Generate All C++ files, rebuild them.

Then install them.

This should do it, I am just remembering the steps, and I may have forgotten
some. Please post back if it doesn't work.
