I have tried over and over to register Delphi 2007 on my Vista machine and
it always fails. I even requested an email license file that fails as well.
Delphi for PHP has the same issue. Is there a knowledge base for a work
around? I am running out of trial days for the product I purchased. Please
help. Is there a blog I can read on the issues and how to fix this?

Been having the same problem for some time, something to do with D2007
and D4PHP interfering with each others registration.
So far, the only approach I have got to work involves installing D4PHP
first, registering it, D2007 - registering it (fails), reregistering
D4PHP, then doing a reinstall of D2007 (repair) followed by a registration.
Takes up 2 of each's registrations, and it's not perfect - as D2007 is
flagged as being registered to noone, and not visible in the licence
manager.
Not a stable, nor long term solution ... and no response is forthcoming
on my support case...

Thanks for the response. I was able to get D4PHP to activate, but still can
not get Delphi to install or activate.

Here is what I did to resolve the delphi issue. Dont copy the emailed
license file where the email tells you to - that will not work. I created a
directory called c:\Code Gear Licenses and copied the license file emailed
to me to that directory. I then used the activation wizard and selected the
file under that location. Hope this helps.
