Hoping someone from Codegear might respond to this.
On 6/4 I installed D2007 on my home machine, registered the product and
received a registration file. All was OK.
On 16/4 I installed and registered D2007 on my office machine. All
seemed to go OK and I received a 2'nd registration file.
Looking at my e-mail on the evening of 17/4 I find that a second
registration file and email was generated about 5 hours after the
innitial activation, and a further 4 spurious registrations were
generated the following day (17/4), although on the 17'th I didn't even
visit the registration screen.
Looking at "My Registered Products" , Delphi 2007 shows 7 registrations.
Only two are valid.
I'm wondering what the process is to get this fixed.
I placed a support call (http://devsupp.borland.com), which was
answered.
The response from tech support was "Cannot change registration history".
Tech Support think I clicked on the registration button multiple times.
I would thank that too if I were them I suppose.
Who the hec can one go to to get this kind of issue addressed. It isn't
the same as exceeding your activation count as I don't believe I
directly triggered these activation requests or what ever they are.

Yes... I activated D4PHP 3 times for a total of 5 myself :)

At least you are able to activate a license. I cant get my version to
activate after re-installing several times. Nightmare. |

Yet I've only installed and activated on D2007 on my dev machine. I
did have problems during the registration process so the first one
obviously has been counted.
Nick, it would be great if you provided details of the info supplied
during each registration such as HDD # etc.
