A client just downloaded some updates for Windows 2003 and now they get a
Server Failed to execute message when starting up Delphi 5 Multi Tier
Application. Does any body have any knowledge of this bug

it's probably not a bug.
More than likely you did not program around a security issue |

Apparently the problem is with the Borland Socket Server. The Server works
when Socket Server runs as an exe on the Server instead of a Service. I
don't know why this is.
