PE Explorer provides the tools for disassembly and inspection of unknown
binaries, modifying the properties of executable files and customizing and
translating their resources. With PE Explorer, you can apply a professional
approach to research and reverse engineering of win32 PE executables. Enjoy
the comfort of being able to have all the necessary tools in one simple,
clean interface.

Release notes:

- Added the Digital Signature Viewer.
- Now supports creating a resource section in files that don't contain a
resource table.
- Manifest Wizard now supports adding a trust info section in the manifest
resource to mark pre-Vista applications with a requested execution level.
