I have been leading development teams for over eight years, acting as team lead and development manager. In all I have over 19 years of working in application development. I have also done work in product management, dealing directly with clients, government regulatory bodies, etc. I have a lot of experience in working remotely - but really enjoy working with a team in an office environment as well.
