Nick,
Just curious.... what hardware and number of components do you have on your
machine?
I know the IDE bootup has improved and is even better on a warm boot, but
your camtasia presentation showing your close and restart of D2007 was
practically instantaneous. I didn't know they made an XP or Vista VM on a
Cray computer host.
(or did engineering figure out how to match it to Visual Studio 2005 cold
boot speed).

I'd guess the 'pause' button was pressed in Camastia or the slow bits were edited out later to keep
it under 2 minutes<bg>
