Hello,

Procedure to view this bug :

1- You must have a theme (not classical windows appearance like under
Win2K) but default WinXP theme or Vista.
2- Launch BCB IDE (I use BCB5)
3- File > New application
4- A default form is created by BCB and it adopt the theme appearance.
5- On the default form, paste a TMemo (for example)
6- Resize your form with the bottom-right corner of the form
7- And when the size of the form is to small to display the entire
TMemo, the form displays automatically scrollbars.

But when scrollbars appears, the form loses the theme appearance and
adopt the classical view (W2K)

Do you know why ?
Do you have the same bug under BCB6 ?
Thanks for your help.
