Ok, here goes.

I am trying to re-install Delphi 2007.

I completely removed it (directories, registry, etc.)

Now, when I try the install, I get an "Invalid Serial Number"

I did a copy/paste from the Order confirmation from Borland, so I know I
didn't mis-type anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tom

I've never seen Invalid Serial Number on a Valid Serial number. My hunch
is a zero got switched with a O or visa versa. L and one is a
possibility as well. If this does not solve the problem, you need to
contact support. You can do this by creating a free support case at
support.codegear.com. In the US, you can also call (800)523-7070. Other
regions have phone numbers too, I just don't know the number easily.

Hmm, reinstall, I know originally there was some talk of ESD being
messed up and a few people got invalid codes (or did I dream that?)
but, if that doesnt ring any bells, as you would have registered I
believe you can view your codes online as http://members.codegear.com
login and theres a "My registered products" button

Check the one you're entering against the one on the page, it could be
you had the ESD issue and forgot?

Thomas --

Somewhere on your system you have one or more copies of a file called
CGLM.INI. Find all of them and delete them.

Start by looking for

C:\Program Files\CodeGear\RAD Studio\5.0\bin\cglm.ini

Also look in C:\Documents and Settings (or C:\users if you are on
Vista).
