Hi,
I have an application that has a large number of forms and many
of the forms have a large number of controls. The application
is designed such that each form's default display size and
layout ensures the user can see all of the controls on the
screen. This is key to the user interface as I have designed it.
I currently use ChangeScale in the contructor for each form to
resize it according the the user's screen size.
Up to now that has worked fine. Unfortunately it does not work
for wide screen monitors because the screen height to width
ratio is different to what is assumed by ChangeScale. I have
been searching archives and looking for solutions to this. I
have come to the conclusion that I would have to resize and
repostion each control on each form manually to ensure it
displays correctly on all screen resolutions. Is there any
other way of doing this more easily?
I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
Many Thanks,
JB
