This function is deprecated with BDS 2006. There is no documented way to create Non-VCL & Non Console anywhere in the net. Can you please ask someone in the development to provide a sample so that people who are creating templates for other C++ GUI libraries can add support for BDS ? The "Console Application" wizard in BDS/BCB does create Non-VCL & Non Console project files(with the proper options selected in the wizard), so posting this wizard's source can also be helpful.
