|
|
Hi,
I'm trying to import some OCX controls created in VB 6.0 and have been
getting nowhere. The dcluser70.dpl file shows no components, and they
don't show up in the palette. Since these are both visual components (a
MouseWheel handler and a 2D PlotControl) I need them visible to add to
the project.
I've tried this in Delphi 6.0 (failed to create the _TLB due to an
import bug), 6.2 (no import or installation failure, but nothing
visible) and 7.0 Personal Editions.
Is there some trick to doing this, or does it simply not work; and for
the Borland lurkers, is there any likelihood of a simpler inmstallation
process sometime soon?
Rob
p.s. Demo controls install fine, so it isn't some error in installation.
