Eveyrthing is up and running for me. Is it a specific message? We've been
performing a series of upgrades, but no issues were reported on the 14th that
I know of.

Yep, looked like a FB/IB shutdown message. Sorry didn't get the exact
message, but something like:
500: full DB path shutdown

We've got FB properly restarting now. There is still some issue thats causing
it to restart every few days though that we are still looking into.
