I just installed Rave Reports BEX 7.0.5 after uninstalling the previous
version of Rave 7, and uninstalling D2006 (and Rave 6.5). I just installed
D2007 and Rave BEX 7.0.5. I also have D7 installed on my system.

My Rave 7.0.5 BEX installation file only lists D2006, not D2007, which I
checked. But I don't see RAVE listed in the "Install Packages" dialog box
of D2007, so doesn't look like it installed the components. (Rave 7 D7
components did install OK).

So, how do you manually install the Rave 7 components manually into D2007?
What are the steps? Are there any package files?

Also, when I bring up Rave, go to the "Help|Contents" or "Help|Designer", I
get an access violation.

How do I correct this?

Thanks

Use "Component|Install Packages..." and add C:\Program
Files\Nevrona\Rave7\D2006Win\dclRave.bpl.

The components then appear. No need to set any paths. The library path is
automatically added in "Tools|Options|Environment Options|Delphi
Options|Library - Win32".
