|
|
Hi all,
I keep getting an "Invalid BLOB Handle in record buffer" error when
using a dbmemo in builder 6 with an access database of over 500
records.
After google'ing this error, it appears that delphi users may be able
to get around this "Invalid BLOB Handle in record buffer" problem by
not caching blobs, not fetching all records, and only fetching what
items are needed, when needed, but I am by no means sure that this is
true or how such a thing would be done.
Can someone show me some code or explain what I need to do in C++
Builder to be able to use the standard components with a database of
500 or 2000 records and still connect to an MS Access "Memo" field with
a DBMemo, without triggering this error?
Thanks! |
