I write a component, it works fine in bcb.Now, I want to use it in
delphi, can you give any suggest?

Yes.
Re-write it in Delphi.
No, I'm not being snide, this is just the way the VCL works. You can
use Delphi components in both Delphi and BCB, but you can only use BCB
components in BCB. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

Maybe you can use an ActiveX Control?
