Hi,

could someone pls give me a hand with this (or at least point me in the
right direction)

Here is the scenario;

i have an activeX app (running in IE)
This app connectsto the ISAPI server (TsoapConnection)
A client dataset points to an exported dataset provider on my isapi server.

On the server:
datasetprovider points to an IBOQuery (query = select * from
get_waiting_list)
this connects to a TIBODATABASE

get_waiting_list is a stored procedure.
when i run it from the client machine straight through dbexplorer it is very
fast (<1 second)
when my activeX app runs it - it is VERY slow (10-15 seconds)

I can understand soap being slower, but not that slow. I can't help but
think i am causing a bottle neck somewhere.

are there any properties on some of the components I can look for to help me
out??
