The error is Access Violation at Address 0012F60B Write of address ... when trying to open the package 'Borland Integrated Translation Environment'. Also, when I have a project open and go to project/options the error is Access Violation at address 0012FB37 ... Also, it access violates when opening a dclusr50.bpl when I attempt it. At any rate it is clear that something is broke on the PC. Any Ideas? Thanks.
