Some years back i've read a success story how Dale Fuller turned Borland
around, quoting him that they hadn't even got a roadmap for their products
and nobody new what features will be in the next version an when it's going
to be released.

This pretty much seems to be the same situation now at least for BCB. We
don't need ALM and all this stuff, all we need is a *$&/*&%$ new version of
the C++ Compiler we've invested thousands of dollars into!

I think it's time for a change, Borland urgently needs a new management. I
think instead of writing open letters to Borland management, we should make
an open letter to the Borland shareholders and explain them why it would be
good for Borland to receive a new management and why they would be making
more profit by not cutting down their long years customers.

Cheers,

Gunnar

If i'm correct, it was part of the plan to send the open letter to some
shareholders as well.

Probably they dont need the Open Letter (assuming they are checking NASDAQ):

That page is misleading. It measures volatility but calls it risk.
Volatility is not risk.

Perhaps you should avoid other shabby companies as well. For example
Merck Pharmeceutical.

If you are investing and think 'volatility' equals 'risk' your
experience will probably be that you either experience very poor
yields or loose heavily.
