Can the JBuilder 2006 Ent version support EJB 3.0? if so, any example?

Not at this time. Support is limited to EJB 2.1. See the feature matrix

Actually JB supports Java annotations which means you can write your
code that utilizes EJB 3.0 but that is all JBuilder can help you. There
is no wizards or support in EJB Modeler.
