I built an install with installshiled express. On installation I received the message that file VCL70.bpl was missing. I have maually inserted the file into the set up diec but have I missed something? Back to top Lars B. You must ensure that VCL70.bpl is in the path, and you should make InstallShield install it into the system directory.
