I am using MyODBC Driver 3.51 and ADO connection to connect to a MySQL 4.1
server using BCC6.

The MySQL Server runs on a WinXP platform.
When I connect through the LAN everything runs ok.
When I am using remote connection through the wLAN I receive (randomly from
1min to 10 min) "Server gone" messages and I have to reconnect to execute
the queries. I execute queries every 1min.
The MySQL wait_timeout is 8 hours.
The queries are small.

When I installed the DataBase in a different host/Server/Location (Linux)
there was also no problem.

Any suggestion?

Problem Solved,
Do not trust Crypto F320 router. When I disabled the firewall everything was
fine.
The F320 router uses Conexant chipset.
