Hi all, Does anyone know whether Borland has any plans to make the VCL Unicode-enabled? (so we don't have to use 3rd party components). Is Unicode support a priority for Borland? The standard Win32 VCL will not be changed to support Unicode, as this will break existing code. No plans have been announced for an additional Unicode VCL. Is Unicode support a priority for Borland? Market needs are a priority for Borland. Developing a Unicode VCL requires resources that are currently allocated for higher priority tasks.
