Supplier must have great support preferably via newsgroup. What I mean by great support is much like Advantage Database. It must have a step-by-step tutorial and examples to demonstrate the capabilities. I have acquired a set of components but the support sucks! Support of Developer Express via e-mail is the best I was ever in touch with! Their newsgroups are only for peer to peer.
