Hi John
A problem with version numbering.
Your version is 1.20
The latest version is 1.10 not 1.1 and the version by you should be 1.11.
Best regards

I was planning to adopt a policy of using the first digit after the decimal
point as an indicator that the main B&V code had been updated and using the
second digit for minor changes to the B&V tool, such as the addition of new
challenge functions.

John

Hi John
OK
You just wanted to introduce new conventions without asking the rest of the
community about their opinion?

As long as the version number increases with each release, the actual number
used is irrelevant. I choose to do it this way for convenience, but if
there are major objections I will change this.
My interpretation of the version numbering convention is that digits to the
left of the point are for major functional changes, the first digit after
the point is for significant changes, and the second digit is for minor
changes.
regards,
John

Hi John
I actually agree that is a good convention.
I would however like the format to be
Major.Minor.Release.Build
This is what is supported in Delphi

If you released 4.3 followed by 4.5 then I would wonder where 4.4 was.
