Huh. Is there a tech product/programming language called "Folger"?

Folger's is a coffee brand ... perhaps we should rebrand Delphi as
"Folger" and see if it becomes hyped ;)

There is a web programming language called 'Tea' which is quite good.

Bah! Folgers is terrible. If you're going to rebrand, try something
like TimHortons. That'll get you some attention. :)

With all due respect...

Dishwater should only be used for washing dishes. ;-)

Hey! I _live_ in TimmyLand. I just think he knew more about hockey than
coffee. I mean, jeez, the company's own tasters use cream when they cup it
for Pete's sake. What's up with that!?

If God intended cream and sugar to get within sight of coffee, he would
have... okay I've no idea what he would have done but I'm sure the world
would be a very scary place.

Anyway, international incidents, wars, etc, should only be raised over truly
important things. Things such as eliminating starvation, preventing murder,
ensuring freedom & really, really good coffee. And maybe beer. :-)

The sugar is entirely optional--it's offered as a concession to children and

Okay, sure... Blame God for the Spaniards. But let's not bring up the cafe
au lait thing in a family forum.

A pinch of sugar in fine Italian expresso is not such a terrible thing.

John, you are a funny boy!

Nevertheless one serious question: zlib is part of Delphi. There is a
security vulnerability in the zlib unit. When can we expect an official
patch to address this issue from Borland?

Probably never. Borland has never updated the zlib *.obj files since they first started
shipping with Delphi. The version of the zlib objects that shipped with Delphi 2005 is the
same that shipped with Delphi 5 (v1.0.4) and they more than likely will never update them
if they can not confirm ( in QA ) that they are broken, or will not break any end user
code by shipping new object files.

If any end user is concerned about the newer versions of zlib then they should download
the newer source and compile it into there projects as required. The thing that makes it
hard to do is the fact that the zlib group does not publish Delphi linkable *.obj files so
we have to find someone with a C++Builder to compile the source files.
