I am using Delphi 7.1.

I am trying to change the bitmap on a TSpeedButton to report the state of
the application. I am using the getbitmap method. Everything seems to work
fine until the change the button's parent panel to black. The images seem to
be meshing with each other (leaving the image visible behind the next
image). Is there a way to clear the bitmap without going Glyph := Nil? If I
use Glyph := Nil, the bitmaps look even weirder.

Any comments or suggestions would be great.
