What is the newest version of Windows CE? Pocket PC? Embedded XP?

Does any of Borland's products support development for this enviromentment?

Is it a true RTOS?

CE.NET 4.2 ( Applies to both WinCE and PocketPC ), although the name

has "officially" been renamed to "Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition"

Assuming you're targeting an Arm ( or MIPS or HITACHI ) processor upon

which most PPC's are based on, then the answer is NO, because BCB6 only
support the x86 instruction set. That being said, I've tried to get BCB6
to work generating code for use within the x86 WinCE simulator, and have
been unsuccesful thus far. My last attempt was about 6 months ago.
