Interesting that they are basing it on Eclypse, like JBuilder, as
opposed to PHP being Galileo(ish) like the other Delphi's.

Doesn't seem like "commonly known" to be.
Blogs are just people's opinion, not fact, but if it was in a press release
that's a different story.
