I tie them up to different news servers, I just find it easier to keep track up things that way. OE mangles quotes anyway, so you're better off with either OE QuoteFix or another newsreader. IMO, by far the best there is. It is written in Delphi (2005, currently). The author, Colin Wilson, is very responsive. You also get the full source code, so if you need tweaks, you could even implement them yourself. BTW, it has an option to 'Reply at Bottom' or 'Reply at Top' so it can do what you are requesting.
