If I have made changes, they are lost... ISTR there are two "Notepad" vruses/trojans, one relatively old which renames Notepad.Exe to Notepad.Com and installs part of itself as the ..Exe, and a more recent one which arrives as Notepad.Com and then does I'm not quite sure what - NortonAV as an example only updated its defintions to detect the more recent one in the past couple of weeks or so.
