I'm starting a project to develop and app to count the number of cars that
pass on a road. I'm developing in Delphi but i need a jumpstart. Does anyone
know any libraries to use on such purpose? The image acquisition part is all
done.
Thks,
Miguel

Any reason why you dont use the age old method of placing a piece of wire
/ pressure reading wire across the road and take a reading whenever
the wire is driven across ? Its a lot easier than image aquisition
