Delphi 7 Professional Database Explorer allowed me to look at ODBC
datasources. Out of the Box with Delphi 2005 Professional Database Explorer
only has the following providers (Interbase, MSAccess, MSSQL).

Is it possible to get to ODBC datasources with Delphi 2005 Professional? If
not, I have lost functionality with the upgrade.

Thanks,

I did the Update 1 patch. I noticed a new dbexplor.exe in C:Program
FilesBorlandBDS3.0Bin. It turns out that this is the old Database
Explorer 4.0 that came with Delphi 7. Instead of saying Database Explorer in
the windows title it now says SQL Explorer. The new Database Explorer that
comes with Delphi 2005 Professional has a neat option ( haven't actually did
it because not using the provided Providers) called Migrate data. It looks
like you could migrate data from one Data Provider to another. It would be
neat if the ODBC functionality was here.

Thanks,
