Guest Posted: Sat Sep 13, 2003 9:58 am    Post subject: OnShowHint message Hi, Would you please let me know which standard windows message cause to call "OnShowHint" message handler? I would like receive this message using "WndProc", but don't know what is related message exactly ... For example consider a component which changes the place of its tooltip internally. So it requires to handle "OnShowHint" by its own. But since the event of OnShowHint is a member of TApplication it can be used one time and for only one component. So it is not a peoper way to assign the closure Application->OnShowHint, to the ShowHint function of the component... It disables multi-usage of the component in an application. Regards, P.S.
