Where can I find something like this:

http://www.contrib.andrew.cmu.edu/~shadow/sql/sql1992.txt

but talking about OQL? Sr Google didn't help me as much as I was expecting.

If you want to implement a query language for objects, you may want to take
a look at OCL as well, as OCL is probably much simpler.
