Using BCB6.

Have a form with a TScrollBox on the left and a TPanel on the right. The
TPanel is anchored to the right and is a fixed width. The TScrollBox is
anchored to the left. When the form is resized, the TPanels moves right and
left and maintains its width. This, in general, works well.

Problem: On two different XP Pro systems, customers have reported that the
TPanel is moved to the right, almost completely off the form. The
TScrollBox occupies most of the window with the TPanel left side barely
visible. Any ideas.
