Hi all,

It's there any free object I can use to plan the use of resources ?

My need: I've some resource. Every resource has a number of units available
every day. I can give units from the same resource to different tasks or
decide to give the entire resource to a task. By example I've 9 units in the
main resource. I can give 3 units to one task and 6 to another for the first
2 months of the year then the 6 units are available for others tasks.

Now every resource unit has a cost. Every task has it's total cost
calculated automatically when I ad resource to the task.

It's there any way to manage this ? Maybe existing products already exist
and don't have to create one.
My need is to see all resources on at least 2-3 months. I use Outlook for
now, but it's a pain to see wich resource is planned. Also Excel is't a
solution.

Thanks for replying.

Bob
