I want to build one audio (wav/mp3 ?) file of maybe 100 words
but need to play it back randomly by word
not really randomly (but text to real speech)
rather than sequentially.
Each textWord had a lookup table pointing to the exact address of audioWord.
I did it many years ago using visualBasic, but computers were too slow then.

My question is
is there a way to do this in Delphi.
But it would need to be very fast access,
no pauses to seek and search.
Thanks in advance.
